Account & Personal Data Deletion Request

VanTrack prioritizes your family's safety and data sovereignty. In accordance with the Google Play User Data & Account Deletion Policy and Section 12 of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you have the absolute right to permanently delete your account and erase all associated personal records.

Method 1 (Instant)

Delete Directly Inside the VanTrack App

If you have the VanTrack mobile application installed, you can permanently erase your account in seconds without waiting for manual verification:

  1. Open the VanTrack mobile application on your device.
  2. Navigate to the Profile tab from the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Scroll down to the Privacy & Account Actions section.
  4. Tap on Delete Account & Data (highlighted in red).
  5. Review the statutory erasure summary and tap DELETE PERMANENTLY. All student linkages, credentials, and telemetry are erased instantly.
  1. Open the VanTrack Driver App.
  2. From the top-right menu or dashboard header, tap on Account Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Privacy & 30-Day Purge Policy section.
  4. Select Delete Account and confirm the prompt. Your driver license credentials, route linkages, and live telemetry stop and purge immediately.
  1. Open the VanTrack Fleet Portal app.
  2. Open your Fleet Profile & Settings.
  3. Scroll to the Privacy & Account Actions card.
  4. Tap Delete Account & Records and confirm. Fleet roster associations, invitations, and company data will be permanently wiped.

What Data Is Permanently Erased?

When an account deletion takes effect, our automated PostgreSQL cascade purge erases all records linked to your user identity:

Zero Hidden Retention: VanTrack does not sell personal data, does not retain behavioral tracking logs of minors, and does not retain shadow records once your account is deleted.
